SHIPPING

Currently we ship out food orders on Wednesday every week. Because of this your order should be received 7-10 days after it is placed. Sometimes things, such as bad weather, cause delays and result in our shipping times running longer. We will do our best to let you know if something happened on our end to delay your shipment, but once your order has shipped you will need to contact UPS for further information.

Our dehydrated treats will ship as soon as your box is put together. However, because these treats are made-to-order, we ask that you allow 48hrs for us to create and ship your order. This means that your treats are as fresh as possible when we ship them! 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanged. If you are having unexpected issues with feeding our food to your dog please give us a call and we will do our best to help you.

CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER CHANGES

Cancellations or changes must be made 24hrs prior to shipment. This means that any requests made after Tuesday morning of the week your order is shipping on will not be able to be processed.
